Field Marketing Manager - Cardiac Devices - UK Wide
Our client is a market leading digital healthcare company focused on the way cardiac arrhythmias are clinically diagnosed by combining technology with powerful data analytics and machine- learning. Their objective is to be the premier provider of first-line ambulatory ECG monitoring for patients at high risk for arrhythmias.
In this new role, they are looking to recruit a highly motivated candidate to locally implement their field marketing strategy to both the NHS and private sector throughout the UK, focusing on cardiology, electrophysiology, and other applicable stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with Regional Sales Team to develop customer centric projects in alignment with your product's brand plan. You will offer insight and suggests projects and activities that will help maximise sales and drive the brand forward.
Other elements include:
* Accountability for successful implementation of projects that are commissioned by the sales team.
* Collaboration throughout the organisation and externally to meet regional brand and corporate objectives and to gather internal and external insights.
* Ensuring that both personal and cross functional team expertise of market, competitors and brand clinical data is maintained to enable effective decision-making.
Your suitability for the role will be defined by your significant sales experience from either the UK medical devices or pharmaceutical industry. You will also have worked in a marketing function as either an Associate or Junior Brand Manager. Previous successes will include influencing and leading teams, without direct line management responsibility. The need for portfolio planning and investment decisions would also be desirable as would a current/recent knowledge of the cardiology market.
