Brand Manager - Neurology - Hertfordshire
This family owned Global Pharmaceutical organisation are exclusively focused on the secondary care sector and specialise in ground breaking treatments including Oncology and Neurology.
They now seek a talented Marketer to join their highly successful EMEA Neurology team. You will play a lead role in the strategic planning and tactical implementation of all aspects of management of the Neurology portfolio across the region.
*Monitor roll out of the tactical brand plan, attending business related meetings and ensuring alignment with strategy
*Liaise effectively with internal departments and external agencies (med affairs, med info, communications, marketing agencies) complying with Company SOPs and Codes of Practice including ABPI
*Maintain compliance to SOPs, processes, practices and guidelines and aiming towards excellence
*Lead and support local marketing planning in collaboration with affiliate teams for allocated markets under guidance of Brand Director
◦To tailor strategies according to market dynamics and integrate feedback and insights from KOLs and sales force / MSLs / market access / affiliate team
◦To ensure tactical plans and priorities are in line with targeting, segmentation and local account plans
*Work in close collaboration with the Communication Department in order to maximise the media as a cost-effective marketing channel for disease awareness, patient advocacy & brand awareness.
*Work in close collaboration with the Learning & Development functions in order to ensure that all brand specific training plans are developed and executed on schedule and according to the brand strategy.
*Work in close collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Services Business Intelligence and Analytics team in order to ensure good understanding of the market and clear metrics to assess success of activities as well as identifying trends, opportunities and threats for each of the brands in order to propose corresponding actions if and when needed.
*Ensure sharing of best practice amongst affiliates, with specific focus on allocated markets & support the EMEA Brand Director when running appropriate forums
* Proven experience working in Brand Manager role, Neurology or Epilepsy experience advantageous
* Ability to demonstrate marketing excellence in a variety of areas
* Experience with local & regional market access activities

* Excellent communication skills & ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders
* Strong analytical abilities
* Possess a strong sense of responsibility and have a good track record of working independently and meeting strict deadlines
