Commercial Manager - Dermo-Cosmetic / Aesthetics - London

Our client is a major player in skincare with the ambition to become a company that is internationally recognized for its unique and value-creating approach. The company is now present in more than 100 countries with experienced growth of 20% growth per year over the past 5 years.

As the company move into the next phase of their growth strategy, they are now seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Manager, primarily field based with a proportion of time spent in their London office.

You will be focused on developing medical strategies to raise awareness in the UK Scientific and Medical community of their main brands. The role includes Healthcare Professional visits (mainly Dermatologists), management and improvement of Key Opinion Leaders' network and the development of relations between with the local scientific community (for example: leading round tables with KOL's)

You will have excellent networking skills and show proactivity in recruiting Key Opinion Leaders for the brands during specific events such symposia and congresses. The role requires the Commercial Manager to have a deep understanding in biology and the science behind skin conditions. You will be running projects as well managing a team member who is also working in a field sales capacity.

The role requires to understand how "recommendations" from professionals will influence their business, rather than "prescriptions" as they are not an NHS prescribed brand.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced medical device/clinical sales professional with a detailed knowledge of the dermo cosmetic and dermatology industry. This will include a proven track record of achievement within Medical Sales, influencing and customer management.
