Our client is a highly successful and innovative Global pharmaceutical company with a diverse product portfolio.
They are now seeking a talented Senior Manager Legal & Compliance to be based from their Head Office in Berkshire.
You will advise them on all issues concerning legal rights, obligations and privileges that relate to its management and its field of operation. In addition, you will recommend opportunities to take advantage of new legal and regulatory developments and review and approves all legal documents. Other duties will include maintaining the compliance framework for the company and enhancing a compliance culture.
Ideal candidate profile:
* Extensive commercial law experience with transactional and commercial agreements
* Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulatory environment
* Experience with Privacy and Compliance
* Able to work independently & goal oriented
* High ethics and highest standards of professionalism
