Teva UK names Steve Oldfield as general manager
Teva UK has appointed Steve Oldfield as its new general manager for the UK and Ireland.
Steve has worked in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical and allied industries for almost thirty years and was most recently Sanofi’s managing director for the UK and Ireland. Whilst in that position, he also served as industry chair of the Medicines Access Group (MAG), chair of the European Medicines Group (EMG) and was a board member with the ABPI.
Richard Daniell, the former managing director of Teva UK who was recently appointed chief operating officer of growth markets, says: “Teva is in very capable hands with Steve at the helm supported by a fantastic management team, and I am sure it will continue to go from strength to strength.”
Steve adds: “I’m excited about driving the future and vision of Teva in the UK. We want to keep growing, and keep serving our customers well, and I’m confident we can do both of those things with the talented people we have in our team. I’m delighted to be leading such a forward-thinking organisation and I’m proud to be joining one of the UK’s leading pharmaceutical companies.”
